What we did
Our goal was to create a universal system that could handle all kinds of objects for mass events such as stadiums, sports halls, events (concerts, conferences, trade fairs), swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, ice rinks, etc. The software had to be prepared with various configuration options allowing the administrator to adapt it to each customer. There was also a large number of installations and maintenance for each installation.
Modules we created from scratch: Users, Permissions, Company roles, User roles, Objects, Events, Price lists, Customer cards, Shipping methods, Stadium bans, Charges, Additional charges, Ticket sales, Seat selection, Reservations, Invoices, Reports, Statistics, Ticket layouts, Document layouts, Special tickets, Family – package tickets, Vouchers, Control system, Integrations.
Our solutions
We created a plugin system that allows the installation of supported objects. We brainstormed with the team and the client and thoroughly analysed the interrelationship between functionality. We were using git flow to manage versions and updates.
How it turned out for the client
It was a long-term cooperation (5 years). We’ve been developing many modules for the primary system and some extensions. Administrators of Poland’s biggest stadiums and event venues currently use this software.
