What we did
At DeSmart, we wanted to build an appreciation-rich culture.
What is it exactly?
Well, in a nutshell, it’s a work culture where you can be appreciated, recognized and gratified for being helpful to your company in many ways. Let’s be honest, people want to be recognized and appreciated for what they do. To nurture a culture like that at DeSmart, we needed a tool to support us.
A few of our devs came up with a solution — our own internal micro-bonus platform integrated with Slack, the messaging tool that we use daily. It worked so well for us that we decided to share it with the world.
We called it PanDa.
*** On a side note, PanDa is a wordplay in Polish. It can be translated as “gimme”. ***
How it turned out for us
We use it internally, but we already have other companies interested.
